Artifex Mundi, one of the leading mobile game development studios in Central and Eastern Europe, faced challenges in scaling and optimizing its reporting processes. Until then, financial and operational reporting had been heavily Excel-based, relying on manual data handling and ad-hoc corrections due to inconsistent data sources and specific industry requirements. The company needed a scalable and automated solution that would streamline reporting and enable more insightful margin analysis.

Our role

Enterium partnered with Artifex Mundi to design and implement a fully automated Power BI-based reporting system. The project included the migration of all existing Excel-based reports into a structured BI environment, mapping all exceptions and irregularities present in the previous workflow. We leveraged advanced visualization techniques using Zebra BI plug-ins to present financial data in a clear and insightful way, supporting more data-driven decision-making. The final solution was handed over to the internal controlling department, with a full knowledge transfer conducted via a dedicated training workshop.
