Client and the chellenge

TDJ Group faced the typical challenges of diversified portfolios — multiple data sources, uneven reporting maturity, and limited visibility across entities. Enterium approached the problem holistically. We started by running strategy workshops with each company to assess data readiness and define the optimal roadmap — ensuring no company was left behind due to tech debt. Where possible, BI solutions were implemented quickly; elsewhere, we offered clear recommendations for future development.

At the holding level, we diagnosed barriers to data integration and proposed a centralized architecture. We then enhanced the group’s consolidated BI report — giving decision-makers access to unified, drillable, and board-ready performance overviews.
